lovemore_moyoo.jpgSpeaker of the House of Assembly, Mr Lovemore Moyo says he will soon deliver judgement on the fate of Justice and Legal Affairs Minister, Cde Patrick Chinamasa and SMM Holdings administrator, Mr Arafas Gwaradzimba, who are facing a probe by the august house after recommendations by the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Mines and Energy.

In its findings, the committee accuses Cde Chinamasa and Mr Gwaradzimba of contravening the provisions of the Privileges, Immunities and Powers of Parliament Act.

The committee has also recommended for a mediator between SMM boss, Mr Mutumwa Mawere and government for a speedy solution to the asbestos giant wrangle for the benefit of thousands of families in the mines who are owed millions of dollars in unpaid wages.
