A diversified South African company is expected to conclude an investment deal with Kadoma based land developer, Craft Properties during the third week of this month.

According to Craft Properties Managing Director, Mr Kudakwashe Taruberekera, representatives of Xodus Holdings are expected to jet into the country during the third week of March to conclude a US$6,5 million deal with the Kadoma based land developer. 

The deal will also see the South Africa company providing capital equipment for land development.

Should the deal sail through, servicing of the remainder of Holyland Housing Scheme in Kadoma will be expedited.

“We are expecting  the South African investors to arrive in Zimbabwe on 22 March for the signing of the agreement worth US$6,5 million for housing development. They will also bring machinery for development of housing stands,” said Mr Taruberekera.

Mr Taruberekerra was in South Africa last week where he met representatives of Xodus Holdings.
