Northern region title hopefuls Laliga dropped two crucial points after picking a point in a top of the table clash with Mwana Africa to allow rivals Black Rhinos to close the gap at the top to two points.
In the Southern Region, Quelaton maintained a six point gap after a 3-1 thumping of Hwange Juniors.
The top of the table clash featuring La Liga and Mwana Africa ended in a one all stalemate.
The result allowed Army Side Black Rhinos to close the gap to two points after beating Barcelona 2 nil.
It was a bad result for Mwana Africa as they fell to fourth position after Highfield United also overtook them following a 4-1 victory over ZPC Kariba.
With 10 matches remaining the weekend results opened up the race for the top five teams.

Meanwhile, the race in the southern region entered week 19 with Quelaton posting an impressive 3-1 win over Hwange juniors.
Second placed Railstars maintained pressure with a one –nil victory over Power Cosmos.
Bantu rovers remained third on the log thanks to a one-nil triumph over New West.
