Cde Joice Mujuru said the cooperation programme between China and Zimbabwe should be implemented fully for the benefit of Zimbabweans who are under illegal sanctions from the West.

“We value the support we have received from the Chinese in various fora as we are reeling under the effects of sanctions but

we really feel that there is need for the full implementation of agreed programmes,”  the Vice President said.

Earlier, the delegation visited the ministry of Agriculture, Mechanisation and Irrigation Development, to explore other areas

of cooperation.

The high powered delegation from the Hubei province of China included experts in agriculture, science as well as various

areas in the economic sector.

power in the United Nations to shoot down attempts by western nations led by the US and Britain, to impose UN sanctions on

Zimbabwe.
