Harare City head coach, Mark Harrison has challenged his charges to pick themselves up and end the season on a high note.

Following a 1-nil to new boys and giant slayers, Bulawayo Chiefs at Luveve Stadium over the weekend, the Sunshine City Boys gaffer admitted that his charges were not good enough on the day to win the match.

The Englishman further stated that he was disappointed with how his boys after showing signs of promise in the first part of the current campaign.

“We set a standard by the half way mark. I think since we came back after the break we have dropped that standard and I am not pleased about that. We are better than that. We are much better than what we were today, we are much better than what we have been the last two or three games and we need to get back to that level against FC Platinum on Wednesday or we will end up getting into a bit of an item,” he said.

Harare City’s last five matches have seen the side drawing four times and losing the other, leaving them on seventh position with 32 points, 20 shy of the log leaders, FC Platinum whom they face on Wednesday at Rufaro Stadium.
