The mining town of Zvishavane could come to a standstill next season as it hosts its first premiership derby after the second club Mimosa was promoted into the top flight league.
Zvishavane is already home to Shabanie Mine, who made the premiership debut in 2001.
The Chinda Boys had followed into the footsteps of Shushine, the club that made history by becoming the first football club from Zvishavane to gain promotion into the top-flight league at the turn of the 1990s.
Now the Platinum Stars, Mimosa, became the third generation of football stars from Zvishavane to win promotion to the premiership and what has made their entry exciting is that they will deeply divide the loyalty of the fans in the Midlands province.
Former Black Rhinos player, Jairos Tapera led mimosa to their premiership status after they won the ZIFA central region championship.
