Preparations for this year’s edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) are progressing well with 80 percent of the space having been taken up by exhibitors.

The 58th edition of the ZITF runs from the 25th to the 29th of April and has so far attracted 13 countries that include Botswana, Germany, South Africa and Japan.

In an interview with the ZBC News, ZITF Head Marketing and Public Relations, Miss Stella Nkomo said while they continue to encourage companies to secure space at this year’s exhibition they are happy with the response received so far.

She said as part of their support to exhibitors, a training workshop will be held to capacitate them on how best they can take advantage of the showcase to generate business.

An International Business Conference will be held on the 26th of April, with a manufacturers forum set for the 27th alongside the Asambeni Travel Show.
