Zimbabwe has a lot of unsung champions whose talent require just a little support for them to reach greater heights.
Among other unsung heroes in the field of pageantry is the rising 24 year old Pauline Marere who participated on different platforms and won in various categories including Queen of the Cape 2017-2018 where she emerged the queen, Face of Glitz and Glam 2017-2018 (queen), World Miss University Emissary, Miss Glitz and Glam 2017-2018 (queen), Miss Universities South Africa 2017-2018 (people’s choice) among others.
Pauline who was recently crowned Miss Africa Continent 2018 at an event that saw more than 16 beauty queens from around Africa walking the ramp in South Africa indicated that she is ready to take pageantry to greater heights as she has gained enough exposure on the international modelling stage.
Pauline is an electrical engineering student at Cape Peninsula University in Cape Town, South Africa, and as part of her winning package she walked with a brand new car, R50 000 plus a trip to Paris, a scholarship for a business course among others.
Meanwhile, the reigning Miss World Zimbabwe 2018 Belinda Potts is currently in China for the Miss World contest where she is aiming to bring the coveted crown back home.
