zifa.gifOutgoing PSL Vice Chairman Willard Manyengavana who is aspiring to land the Northern region chairmanship post believes his four years of administration at premiership level will prop him to bring sanity to Division One.

The outgoing PSL Vice Chairman believes going for a post in the lower division is not a step backwards insisting that he has a lot to give at that level especially building upon his premiership experience.

Manyengavana says if voted into office, he intends to bring sanity to the region which is known for its ugly mafia style like operations.

Besides Manyangavana, the Northern region division one chairmanship post has attracted three other contestants in the form of former chairman Solomon Mugavazi and Francis Zimunya as well as former Warriors great John Phiri.
