Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation employee, Willard Chidziva, has died. He was 28.
Chidziva, who worked in the Engineering and ICT Department, passed away this morning at Westend Clinic where he was being treated for a headache and abdominal pains.
Chidziva was born on 7 September 1983 and he did his secondary education at Highfield Mhuriimwe in Harare.
He joined the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation in August 2007 as a VTR Operator before he was promoted to Master Controller in November 2011, a post he held until his death.
His brother and family spokesperson, Maxwell Chidziva, said Willard has left behind his wife Eugenia and a one-year old son.
Willard will be buried tomorrow (Wednesday) at Masawi village, Chief Chikwaka in Goromonzi at 11am.
Transport will be provided to the funeral.
The bus leaves Pockets Hill, at 0830 hours, Payless (corner Robert Mugabe/Innerz Terrace) in the city at 0850 hours for his Warren Park home before departing with mourners for Goromonzi.
