Zanu PF primary elections preparations were in full swing this Saturday (today) in Norton as aspiring candidates were on the ground telling the electorate what they have to offer.

Zanu PF aspiring candidate for Norton constituency Ambassador Chris Mutsvangwa said this year’s elections offer an opportunity for the revolutionary party to retain the seat for real development in the area.

Addressing party supporters in various wards in Norton, Ambassador Mutsvangwa who is also the Special Advisor to President Emmerson Mnangangwa, said there are vast opportunities in the area which only a Zanu PF legislator can tap into as a way of bringing development in the area and create employment opportunities.

Other aspiring candidates for senatorial and councillor positions promised the electorate that if elected they will be accountable to the people.

Ambassador Mutsvangwa is battling it out with Langton Mutendereki in this Sunday’s (tomorrow) Zanu PF primary elections.
