The Zanu PF Mashonaland Central provincial inter district conference has been held in Bindura as the revolutionary party prepares for the 2018 harmonised election.
Over 1200 delegates drawn from 405 political districts in Mashonaland Central Province converged for the provincial inter district conference.
The conference was aimed launching the revolutionary party’s voter mobilisation and registration exercise in the province ahead of next year’s polls.
In his key note address Zanu PF Politburo member, Cde Josiah Hungwe called for unity of purpose in the province and urged the party leadership to organise its members to register has voters.
Mashonaland Central provincial chairman, Cde Dickson Mafios thanked government for the command agriculture programme and reaffirmed the province support of President Robert Mugabe has the sole centre of power in Zanu PF party.
The Zanu PF Mashonaland Central provincial inter district conference was also graced by Politburo members, Dr Mike Binha, Cde Chen Chimutengwende, several central committee members and legislators.
