Zanu PF Commissariat held a voter registration workshop in Harare aimed at explaining the registration process to the country’s top province leadership for its party structures.

Speaking on the sidelines of the workshop, Harare Province Zanu PF Political Commissar, Cde Shadreck Mashayamombe challenged the party supporters to register and be able to exercise their democratic right in the next elections.

He said people should take advantage of the government’s scrapping of birth certificates and national identification card fees to access the necessary documents required when registering to vote.

Deputy Minister for Industry and Commerce, Cde Chiratidzo Mabuwa urged party supporters to maintain the highest level of discipline calling on war veterans to appreciate the effort made by government in recognising the role they played by creating a ministry responsible for their welfare.

She however urged them to register for 2018 election.

Zanu PF party has started mobilisations for 2018 elections with cabinet ministers deployed in constituencies for voter education campaigns.
