youth sexual health.jpgYouth representatives from the SADC region have come up with a regional agenda for addressing challenges they face in dealing with Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights issues (SRHR).

The youths drawn from South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe attended the 2-day conference held in the capital since Wednesday.

 

At the close of the conference, the youths agreed on a regional agenda which focuses on eight key areas which include the creation of a regional hub for sharing practices and resource mobilisation as well as lobbying governments.

 

Chinhoyi University of Technology Dean of students, Mr. Gordon Dzoro also attended the conference and expressed satisfaction at the outcome of the exchange program.

 

The 2-day conference was running under the theme: “Transcending borders for effective SRHR responses for students in tertiary institutions.”
