mighty wrriors 13-12-10.jpgThe Young Mighty Warriors physical trainer, Gerald Maguranyanga has expressed satisfaction with the players’ level of fitness ahead of the first round second leg FIFA Under-20 World Cup qualifier against Mozambique in Maputo this weekend.

Maguranyanga says he is happy with the players’ level of fitness, adding that with less than a week before the crucial tie, the team still however need to work on improving their endurance.

“So far so good with the players’ fitness level though we still need to work out on a few things, their speed and endurance. We just had a short time together but I am quite sure the team is now raring to go,” Maguranyanga said.

The Young Mighty Warriors, who won the reverse fixture 4-nil nil at Rufaro Stadium on February 19, are set to leave the country for Maputo on Wednesday hoping to brush aside the Young Mambas for them to progress in their qualification bid for the FIFA Under-20 World Cup slated for August in Russia.
