The Ministry of Women Affairs, Gender and Community Development says substantive interventions are required for empowerment of all marginalised communities.

The ministry says the country must take a leaf from Rwanda and achieve a 50/50 representation in all sectors.

The Minister of State for Harare Metropolitan province Cde Miriam Chikukwa says the province will ensure all projects are supported.
