dembare players celebrate.jpgDynamos Football Club Vice Chairman, Keni Mubaiwa, has applauded the performance of the team since, Lloyd ‘Samaita’ Mutasa and his technical team which came on board late last year.

Mubaiwa told ZBC News that Sunday’s 4-1 penalty shoot out win over Motor Action in the finals of the NetOne Charity Shield is a culmination of thorough preparations ahead of the 2011 Premier Soccer League season.

He said Mutasa has managed to blend young and experienced players within the team’s ranks adding that winning more than 5 matches before the start of the season is no mean feat.

Mubaiwa noted that the fact that Dynamos has claimed the scalps of such giants as Highlanders, Caps United and Motor Action, is a clear indication that the club wants to win this year’s league title.

He revealed that Dynamos, which is on a re-building exercise after losing a host of star players during the off- season, is ready for Sunday’s first round, first leg CAF champions league match against Algerian side, Moulidia Club Alger at Rufaro Stadium.
