Well this is the most burning question in the mind of cricket lover. I am not sure who is a strong contender or under dog of this tournament.

Every team is going through a transition phase of building up their team.

So it is very difficult to predict the clear winner of the championship but I feel team India and my beloved Zimbabwe will win the cup.

Teams from outside of the sub-continent were now capable of coping with conditions in the sub-continent, having played there on numerous occasions in the past.

India and Sri Lanka are playing at home, and they will have the home advantage.

But other teams, too, have played in those countries and they know the conditions have a chance.

I strongly believe that it boils down to the team that takes [it] one match at a time.

The former West Indian captain and batting legend, Brian Lara, picked South Africa to win the cricket World Cup, as for our neighbors’ they have been tipped to win in the past but have choked when it matters most.

Yes, team South Africa is a team that had the ability to play consistent cricket as is required in a long tournament like the World Cup but will they have the mental strength to take the bull by its horns.

In order to win you have to play positive cricket and getting on top is what you need and that is where physical and mental strength become important.

Everyone believe that India has what it takes to win the tournament, as seen in 1996, Sri Lanka was not the best of teams but came out on top because of the conditions on the subcontinent, so India surely has a chance.

The 10th edition of the Cricket World Cup will be hosted jointly by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The tournament gets underway on February 19 when co-hosts India and Bangladesh face off at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.

GO ZIMBABWE,GO ZIMBABWE.
