Latest FIFA rankings show that the Warriors have moved up once again and are now ranked 66 in the world and 14th in Africa.

After beating Liberia 3-nil in their last AFCON qualifier at the National Sports Stadium, Norman Mapeza’s charges continued to make significant strides on the FIFA rankings table.

World champions Spain have meanwhile leapfrogged Netherlands to take back top spot following a friendly win over Chile and a Euro 2012 drubbing of Liechtenstein.

Netherlands is second ahead of Germany placed third. Uruguay is fourth while Portugal completes the top 5.

West African giants, Cote d’ivoire clung onto pole position on the African rankings table while Egypt remained second.

Ghana are third ahead of Burkina Faso who are fourth. Senegal occupies the fifth position on the continent.
