Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa this morning met with Malawian ambassador to Zimbabwe Ms Anne Yauka Kumwenda at his Munhumutapa office in Harare.
The two discussed issues pertaining to Zimbabwe’s education system and the sourcing and training of experts in various spheres and mining in particular.
Ms Kumwenda said Malawi has just discovered that it has a number of minerals and would want to learn from Zimbabwe’s experience and expertise in the sector.
She explained that Malawi already has students and nationals living and studying in Zimbabwe as a result there are different aspects that the two countries would want to share regarding their life in Zimbabwe.
The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Mrs Virginia Mabhiza also attended the discussions.
