Zimbabweans have been challenged to make the right decision by voting for the ruling party if they are to attain economic success.

As part of the ongoing election campaigns, Vice President Kembo Mohadi who was represented by Zanu PF Central Committee member and Bulawayo Metropolitan Province Minister of State, Senator Angeline Masuku took to Esibomvu in Umzingwane district were the message of the day was to urge voters to exercise their right in peace.

Cde Mohadi urged Umzingwane residents to consider the steps that have been taken by the country’s President Cde Emmerson Mnangagwa to show seriousness of intent in turning Zimbabwe to be a jewel of Africa once again.

Despite an unfavourable cold spell experienced in the area, the rally was punctuated by pomp and funfair with the Zanu PF National Assembly candidate for Umzingwane constituency in the upcoming elections, Retired Brigadier General Levi Mayihlome calling upon all to vote for development by choosing Zanu PF.

An exhibition in honour of the country’s late former Vice President, Dr Joshua Nkomo and late wife, Mama Mafuyana was also held on the sidelines.

The rally was attended by various dignitaries among them Minister of State for Matabeleland South Province, Cde Abednico Ncube, Central Committee members and chiefs among others.
