Organisers of arguably Africa’s most exciting new year’s festival the Victoria Falls carnival have finalised the line-up of the artists to perform at this year’s edition with celebrated DJ and producer Black Coffee set to headline the event which this year is set to be bigger and better.
The Victoria Falls carnival continues to gain much recognition and is fast becoming a major highlight on the global tourism calendar with many carnival enthusiasts expected to grace this year’s edition.
Africa’s adventure capital is certainly the place to be with an exciting line-up of artists and three days of non-stop music, fun, celebrations and festivities.
Representative of the organisers Mr Emmanuel Tivatyi has indicated that the event is over-subscribed and is upbeat of a successful carnival which will be a perfect way to cap what has been an eventful and fruitful year for the domestic travel and tourism industry.
As has been the case in the previous editions, the bush party is set to be the major attraction.
The train stops at a secret bush location in the park for an unforgettable night under the stars with some of the celebrated DJs providing entertainment on and off the train.
On the 30th, the community party will take place with one of Africa’s biggest artists Black Coffee headlining the night.
A unity concert will be held on the third and final day as carnival enthusiasts come together to countdown to 2018 in style.
Tresor, Zambia’s queen of dancehall Mampi and Zimbabwean’s very own Amara Brown will be among the artists to perform on the new year’s eve.
