telone 03-11-10.jpgStakeholders have added their voice regarding Tel-One’s services with some castigating the telecommunications service provider’s management for failure to adopt new technologies thereby destroying the telecommunication company.

The telecommunications service provider which has lost its domination of the industry and has now been reduced to a minor player in the industry has come under the spotlight from some of the users of the service provider.

Some business operators and ordinary people from the street said the telecommunications service provider’s demise lies with the management which they say is failing to make improvements in service provision.

Only last week, ZBC News ran a story from reliable sources about serious allegations of maladministration in which the management of Tel-One were being accused of misplaced priorities at the expense of the company’s core business.

However, other stakeholders said the telecommunications service provider remains their first priority due to its reasonable pricing system and availability of services in some remote areas.

Efforts to get a comment from Tel-One were fruitless as the company’s Acting Director, Mr. Hampton Mhlanga referred this news crew to one Mrs. Nyarila in the corporate department who refused to comment saying they have already responded through the print media.
