Young Zimbabwean female motocross rider, Tanya Muzinda, whose profile continues to grow beyond the country’s borders, says she wants to use her influence and success to help the less privileged.
The nation has watched her grow as a motorcycle rider, she has represented Zimbabwe in many tournaments since the age of five, and now at 15, she does not exhibit any signs of backing down.
Having defied odds and succeeding in a dare devil sport that many would say is not easy for a woman to try, Tanya has become Zimbabwe’s most celebrated female motorcross star, with many accolades to her name.
Tanya who is set to receive an award at this year’s Child Summit and Awards in Accra, Ghana, next month, says she wouldn’t have done it without her family’s support, adding that she wants to use her influence and successes to support the less-privileged.
Soft spoken and ever smiling, Tanya believes the sky is the limit and at such a young age, inspires many people in the country and the world over to put their best foot forward and make the world a better place.
