mujuru.jpgGovernment has urged other stakeholders to compliment its efforts in improving the country’s health delivery services so as to uplift the lives of the local populace.

A healthy population is crucial to the development of every nation. While government is committed to ensuring that health delivery meets the expected standards, there is need for other stakeholders to compliment such efforts.

 

This was said by Vice President Cde Joice Mujuru,who was speaking  at the official launch of the Centre for Health Strategies (CHEST).

Centre for Health Strategies founder Dr David Parirenyatwa said his organisation would work with the government to strengthen health systems in the country.

The Centre for Health Stategies which was established this year is a professional health consultancy body which is expected among other issues to review current critical health policies and health strategies with a view to improving them.
