simon khaya-moyo conference.jpgZanu PF National Chairman, Cde Simon Khaya Moyo has hailed the Head of State and Government and Commander-in-Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces, who is also Zanu PF First Secretary and President, Cde Robert Mugabe for availing seed inputs to delegates who attended the party’s 12th Annual National People’s Conference in Bulawayo.

Officially closing the conference this Saturday evening, Ambassador Moyo said the party is grateful to the kind gesture shown by the First family, adding that there is no doubt that the President is committed to the success of the land reform programme as well as all other empowerment initiatives he is spearheading.

“People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. Today we are once again reminded of what a good leader you are,” said Ambassador Moyo.

The National Chairman also warned the beneficiaries of the seed input to make good use of it, adding that they should value the fact that this is a timely intervention as the rains are now on the onset.

“This seed is for the delegates here and not for someone’s shop,” he added.

The President availed 60 tonnes of maize seed for the delegates who attended the Zanu PF 12th Annual National People’s Conference in Bulawayo from the 7th to the 10th of December.

Cde Mugabe has for a long time shown his desire to see the success of the country’s agricultural sector through the Presidential Well-wishers Input Scheme.
