Security companies are coming up with strategies in making sure that they provide services that accommodate and satisfy investors interested in doing business in Zimbabwe.
The security companies are in a drive to make sure they complement government efforts to have sound and vibrant customer care services to investors who are coming in to invest in the country following the clarion call by President Emmerson Mnangagwa that Zimbabwe is open for business.
In an interview on the sidelines of a two day workshop held by heads of security companies in the capital, Dr Abel Mubango Peace Security Chief Executive Officer said it is important to have sound and vibrant risk management programmes to properties of new investors who are keen to do business in Zimbabwe.
“We have to practice good customer service that attracts more investment in all sectors of the economy,” he said.
The nation is geared for a massive improvement in terms of foreign investment where government has begun the re-engagement process with the international community to reviving the economy.
