Afro-fusion artist Sam Dondo last night launched his second album titled Game Changer amid calls for corporates and individuals to support young and upcoming artists to realise their full potential.
Sam’s album launch which was beamed live on ZBC TV was graced by veteran musicians as well as young and upcoming artists who called for corporates and individuals to give them a chance and render them the necessary support to realise their goals.
The first copy of the new album was auctioned and bought for US$9 200 by businessman and brother to the musician Thompson Dondo who urged other business people to support the arts industry.
Game Changer, which was produced by Munya Viya at Vialy Studios while Oskid did the mixing and mastering is a collection of danceable songs and instruments accompanied by powerful vocals.
Sam entered the lime light last year with his first album titled ‘Dyara Munamato’.
The latest album has 13 tracks which includes the title track Game Changer and ‘Handinete Kushandira Mhuri’ which is accompanied by a video.
