Rape cases have dominated criminal case proceedings at the Zvishavane Magistrates Court.
Three rape cases were heard before resident magistrate Mr Archie Wochiwunga.
In one case, the accused a 43-year old uncle allegedly raped 2 juveniles aged 11 and 12.
It is alleged the accused raped both his victims on June 9, 2017 around 8pm at Ndatshana village in the Chief Mafala area.
In another matter, a 43 year old man, remanded to a later date, is alleged to have raped a 12-year old minor after inviting her to his house on the pretext he wanted her to cook since his wife was away.
In another case, the accused Cliton Moyo of Chief Wedza area is alleged to have raped a 60-year old victim while she was bathing naked at the edge of a maize field.
Meanwhile, the civil court saw 5 rulings issued in favour Topics Stores against debtors owing different amounts.
The rulings were issued by magistrates Mr Sheppard Mnjanja and Mr Archie Wochiunga.
