With the scourge of chronic diseases largely attributed to inactive lifestyles, organisers of Saturday’s fitness and wellness programme, Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe outlined the need to promote a healthy and active lifestyle within the workplace.
Various activities were on offer at the sports extravaganza held at Belgravia, with participants taking part in football, volleyball, netball and athletics.
Fitness and wellness initiatives are becoming a popular phenomenon in various organisations that are becoming conscious of the need for a healthy and active workforce.
