prince mafukidze.jpgGospel music artist, Prince Mafukidze’s album launch ceremony held over the weekend saw senior politicians showcasing their skills in preaching, singing and dancing.

Mwana wamambo, as Mafukidze is affectionately known, marked his return in the music industry with a 10 track album entitled “It’s my season,” backed by the sensational group, Praise Outcome.

Tracks to look out for include the title track, ‘It’s my season’ as well as ‘Swedera mudhuze.’

The Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment, Cde Saviour Kasukuwere, who attended the album launch, showcased his other side of his life, that is evangelism, saying that music unify people from all walks of life.

The album launch was also a platform for Zimbabwe Union of Musicians Patron, who is also the Minister of Media, Information and Publicity, Cde Webster Shamu to exhibit his vocal ability, much to the amusement of the audience.

After 4 years being engaged in pastoral duties, Prince Mafukidze returned in the music circle with his 4th album, leaving many who attended the launch of his album on the dance floor, displaying their skills.
