President Robert Mugabe has left Harare for Mauritius to attend the inaugural African Economic Platform.

The president was seen off at the Harare International Airport by Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko, Harare Provincial Affairs Minister Cde Miriam Chikukwa, the Minister of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services Cde Christopher Mushowe, service chiefs and senior government officials.

Cde Mugabe was accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cde Simbarashe Mumbengegwi and the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Dr Mike Bimha.
