The People’s Progressive Party of Zimbabwe (PPPZ) has taken its campaign trail to Bulawayo by holding a roadshow in the City of Kings.

The roadshow was meant to inform people about the party’s rally to be held on Saturday at Stanley Square.

The Mr Timothy Chiguvare led the PPPZ party began its roadshow in Bulawayo’s Central Business District into the industrial  site and the western suburbs where officials engaged in door-to-door campaigns while the party leader had sporadic addresses to introduce his party to the people.

The PPPZ president told the ZBC News that he is confident of winning while promising the people a prosperous nation, a message he will carry during his Saturday rally.

Asked on how they intend to form the next government when they have only fielded 15 National House of Assembly candidates, PPPZ national chairperson Mrs Timakatso Ndlovu said they will form an inclusive government.

The roadshow also witnessed the party’s house of assembly representative for Nkulumane, Mbonisi Ndlovu being introduced to the electorate.
