Harare Sports Club saw their unbeaten record go up in smoke in a fiercely fought Harare derby which saw Old Hararians showing nerves of steel.

Despite the 7-nil loss, the green machine maintained their pole position in the national rugby league.

Second placed Busters thrashed Air Force 45-3 to put pressure on log leaders Harare Sports Club, while District Dragons thrashed Mutare 55-5 to stay on 3rd position.

In the other A League encounter, Old Miltonians beat Panthers 32-12.

It was sweet victory for the Old Hararians outfits as Old Hararians 2 again prevailed over Harare Sports Club 2 in B’League, cruising to an 18-3 victory while Mabvuku edged Mbare 17-5.

Police overcome Southern City 36 nil.

In the womens league, Police hammered Air Force 30-nil while Old Hararians again beat Harare Sports Club 24-nil.
