mugabe.jpgZANU-PF President and First Secretary, Cde Robert Mugabe says there is no shift in the negotiations with the MDC-T and MDC-M over the so called sticky issues.

Addressing the ZANU-PF 80th Central Committee meeting in Harare Cde Mugabe said what President Jacob Zuma said that issues in Zimbabwe have to be handled concurrently is true.

He said Reserve Bank Governor Gideon Gono and Attorney General, Johannes Tomana are not quitting as speculated by the media.

He said the sanctions imposed by the west have should be lifted.

Cde Mugabe said the indigenous empowerment programmes will continue as they seek to unlock the country’s economic potential as a global economic player.

He criticised some Zimbabweans who are saying indigenisation will scare off investors saying such attitudes will not assist in the development of the country.

Cde Mugabe urged those whom he said are conditioned to be perpetual employees to become employers by taking advantage of the Indigenisation Act.
