Bambadzi and Malalume communities in Bulilima East constituency have been challenged to shun corruption and embrace development initiatives being spearheaded by the government.
Addressing supporters at a rally in the constituency, Zanu PF Politburo member and Secretary for Information and Publicity, Ambassador Simon Khaya Moyo said Zimbabwe’s new dispensation has no room for corruption.
He urged councillors to uphold servant leadership so that the standards of living of the people of Bulilima especially in the health sector can be improved.
The district has grossly silted dams, a major problem to its thriving livestock business, a low communication systems and faces poor service delivery in the health sector.
Ambassador Khaya Moyo said roads are being resuscitated, schools and clinics will be electrified to improve service delivery and more boreholes will be drilled for easy access of drinking water.
