Log leaders Ngezi Platinum came from behind to beat Caps United 2-1 in a Premier Soccer League match played at the National Sports Stadium this afternoon.

The match also saw the return of PSL matches on the national broadcaster, ZBC, which screened the match live.

First half goals from Terrence Dzvukamanja and Donald Teguru were enough for Ngezi Platinum to bag three points on the road and take their unbeaten run to 11 matches.

John Zhuwawo had thrust Makepekepe into the lead before Ngezi Platinum turned around the match.

Ngezi Platinum coach Tonderai Ndiraya heaped praises on his charges for a remarkable comeback that saw them halt the jinx of Caps United dominance.

For Lloyd Chitembwe, Caps United only played well in the first 15 minutes.

Caps United resorted to playing long aerial balls which were dealt with effectively by the Ngezi Platinum central defence marshalled by captain Liberty Chakoroma.

In another PSL match played at Barbourfields Stadium in Bulawayo, Dynamos caretaker coach, Biggy Zuze had a decent start after edging Bulawayo Chiefs 1-nil, courtesy of a Quality Kangadzi first half strike.
