rushwaya henrietta.jpgBail conditions for former ZIFA Chief Executive Officer, Henrietta Rushwaya have been suspended.

This follows an application by Rushwaya’s defence council to the Attorney-General seeking the court to temporarily issue Rushwaya her passport and to further suspend reporting conditions to enable her to travel.

The application has been granted on consent by the AG.

Rushwaya is facing charges of corruption involving one million dollars.

She is understood to have induced players to lose matches in a suspected match-fixing scandal which has led to the suspension of more than 80 players alleged to have taken part in the games.
