derek chisora.jpgZimbabwe-born boxer, Dereck Chisora is set to engage in the biggest fight of his career when he takes to the ring with world WBA heavyweight champion, Vitali Klitschko in Munich tomorrow.

After twice being denied an opportunity to take to the ring for a match up with Klitschko in 2010 and 2011, the Zimbabwean will finally get an opportunity to exchange blows with a Klitschko.

Despite injuries previously hampering a match up between Chisora and Klitschko, the Zimbabwean born boxer will this time fight a Klitschko when he takes to the ring with Vladmir who is older brother to Wladmir.

With 28-year old Chisora being 12 years younger than his Ukrainian opponent, “Del Boy” will hoping to capitalise on athleticism to overcome the challenge of Klitschko who celebrates his 41st birthday this year.

Klitschko will however be no push over for Chisora.

After coming out of retirement in 2008, the gigantic Ukrainian boxer has dominated the World Heavyweight Division winning 11 straight fights.

Klitschko who is the second oldest boxer to hold a World Heavyweight title will have a height advantage as well as greater reach.

The Ukranian stands at 6 foot 7 while his Zimbabwean opponent is 6 foot 2.

It will be interesting to see whether Chisora who has been very vocal in the run up to Saturday’s fight will walk the talk, and knock out Klitschko in what will be the greatest achievement of his boxing career.
