The Minister of Media, Information and Publicity, Cde Webster Shamu and his ministry staff, say the death of Mrs Katidja Koriya on the 25th of June was tragic as it occurred during the early hours of her birthday.

Cde Shamu made the remarks in a condolence message to the managing director of Emulbitum Zimbabwe, Mr Khamal Mohamed and the Koriya families following the death of his sister.

Mrs Koriya died following an operation on her right leg after a fall.

She was laid to rest at Warren Hills Cemetery in Harare on the same day.
