One person died while the other is in a critical condition at Concession Hospital after they were hit by oncoming traffic early yesterday.

The two were hit while trying to push their vehicle off the road at the 28 kilometre peg along Harare-Bindura road near Henderson Research.

Mashonaland Central Acting Police Spokesperson, Assistant Petros Masikati confirmed the death of Chamunorwa Chinounye aged 34 who was the driver.

He said the victims who were travelling to concession had earlier on been involved in yet another accident which they had escaped unhurt and were now pushing their damaged vehicle off the road when the tragedy struck.
