29 MDC activists facing charges of murdering ZRP Inspector Petros Mutedza has continued with the fourth and fifth witnesses testifying.

In cross examination, the defence led by Ms Beatrice Mtetwa said the witnesses were deliberately tailoring evidence in order to implicate the accused persons, saying none of the accused took part in the murder of Inspector Mutedza.

This came out after the witnesses; Solomon Mushaninga and Victor Kudakwashe Magutarima told the court that they cannot recall information critical to the court.
