With just over two weeks left before the country marks 30 years of independence, optimism is high amongst Harare residents that the government will organise a music gala in the capital that will bring together both local and international musicians.

Some of the music fans already have a sketch line-up of musicians they expect to perform during this important day.

Some sources say this year’s celebrations will see a big gala that will run for two days in the capital with a rebound of some international performers in the mould of Sizzla Kalonji and the Marleys.
