misihairabwi-mushonga-priscilla.jpgThe widow to the late Dr. Christopher Mushonga, Mrs. Priscilla Mishairabwi -Mushonga who is the MDC-M’s negotiator in the Global Political Agreement has relinquished any claim or right to the estate of her late husband.



This she did to end legal disputes between her and the Mushonga family over  the matter.        

Following claims of intimidation and harassment of people close to her in the past two weeks Mrs. Misihairabwi -Mushonga has relinquished any claim to her late husband’s estate.

Briefing journalists in Harare Mrs. Misihairabwi Mushonga said she had instructed her lawyer Ms. Beatrice Mtetwa to formally inform the master of the High Court of her course of action concerning properties in dispute.


Mrs. Misihairabwi- Mushonga said: “Since his death the Mushonga family and I have been involved in legal battles over his estate. I have been forced to take a decision regarding the estate. I have decided to relinquish any claim or right to the estate as defined in the last will and testament.”     

She dismissed claims by a local newspaper that she had interfered with police investigations after a relative Rudairo Chitseko was visited by the police Commercial Crimes Unit.


Some of the properties which were in the dispute include two houses in Mt Pleasant and Glen Norah, an apartment in the avenues and motor vehicles.
