The Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage, Cde Cain Mathema has underscored the need for government departments under his ministry to come up with people-centred plans in order to achieve Vision 2030 outlined by President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

He said this when he officially opened his ministry’s strategic planning workshop in Harare today.

Minister Mathema said the strategic document adopted at the workshop will run for two years and will guide the Ministry’s of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage’s Integrated Performance Agreement (MIPA) and the Agency Integrated Performance Agreement (AIPA) and the secretary’s contract.

The Minister said the Integrated Results Based Management System (IRBM) and Executive Dashboard are important as they enable the President to view the progress made in the implementation of various projects set to be achieved.
