The Zimbabwe Mighty Warriors has left Harare for their African Cup of Nations women encounter first leg tie with Namibia.
The Mighty Warriors left Robert Mugabe International Airport this Tuesday morning for Windhoek, Namibia, where they face their opponents the Namibian national women soccer team in the first leg of the qualifiers.
Meanwhile, Kenyan officials have been named to handle the Namibia-Zimbabwe game.
Carolyne Wanjala will be the centre referee while Carolyne Kiles and Jane Cherono are the first and second assistant referees.
Agneta Itubo Napangor is the fourth official while Swaziland’s Cindy Dludlu is the match commissioner.
The Mighty Warriors return to action after a long break since September when they played in the COSAFA Cup which was hosted in Bulawayo where they finished as runners up behind South Africa.
