Suspected MDC supporters disrupted a public hearing on national peace and reconciliation bill being conducted by the Justice Legal and Parliamentary Affairs in Chinhoyi

The ongoing public hearing on national peace and reconciliation bill was short lived in Chinhoyi when rowdy suspected MDC supporters started chanting party slogans and singing disrupting the proceedings.

Acting chairman of the parliamentary portfolio committee on justice, legal and parliamentary affairs Cde Justice Mayor Wadyajena tried to call the meeting to order but it was all in vain.

The parliamentary portfolio committee on justice, legal and parliamentary affairs has been holding public hearings throughout the country.

This week the committee was in Manicaland, Mashonaland East, Mashonaland Central and the committee will be in Harare this Saturday (tomorrow).
