Five Zimbabwean artists are set to represent the country at the FNB Joburg Art Fair to be held in South Africa from the 6th to the 9th of September.

Following the Lost and Found Exhibition that was held at the National Gallery in Harare and Bulawayo, five artists with works that captured the most powerful aspects of the Operation Restore Legacy will showcase their works in South Africa this September.

National Gallery of Zimbabwe Curator, Raphael Chikukwa said it is a great honour to have the young representing the country at the event.

“It is a very great opportunity to have young photographers Antony Zinyange, Davina Jogi and many others who are going to be showcasing and it is very important to us as we promote photography as an art media,” he said.

Outstanding photographs exhibited at the Lost and Found Exhibition which focused on pictures that captured the history made during the November 2017 events include works by Jogi, Zinyange and Charmaine Chitate.
