The clock continues to tick for local fans relishing for the 2017 premiership season to begin.

Saturday will be a busy one with five fixtures lined up.

Harare City host new comers Yadah FC at the NSS with ZPC Kariba set to play How Mine at Nyamhunga in Kariba.

2016 Chibuku Super Cup champions Ngezi Platinum will be looking to put behind their CAF Confederation Cup elimination by beginning their league campaign positively when they clash against premiership returnees Black Rhinos.

In the Midlands, Chapungu play Triangle with Bantu Rovers facing off with 2015 champions Chicken Inn.

At Dulivadzimu Stadium, Tsholotsho FC square off with Hwange.

On Sunday the pick of  the crop will be an encounter which sees Harare giants Dynamos clashing against FC Platinum at the NSS with 2016 league champions Caps United beginning their title defence with a date against Shabanie Mine at Maglas Stadium in Zvishavane.

The weekend’s other encounter pits Bulawayo giants Highlanders who host Bulawayo City.
