Shop owners said they were recording brisk business.
Parents who spoke to ZBC News said this year’s back to school preparations were better than the past few years as uniforms are not very expensive.
Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of Education, Sport, Arts and Culture, Cde Lazarus Dokora has called upon private colleges to formalise their operations by developing their facilities for them to be awarded examination centre status.
